Above: Conveniently located near shopping and recreation areas, and specially designed with seniors in mind, Park Glen Commons is a jewel of a residence featuring 110 units in Madison, Wisconsin. M&I made a low-income housing tax credit investment toward the new construction of this project, and in 2004, Park Glen Commons opened its doors. The facility offers underground parking, a clubhouse, library and media center, beauty shop, and exercise room. Fifty of the 110 units are affordable housing, with the remaining units at market price.
