Big Brothers/Big Sisters
Pro-Cess, a professional development organization within M&I is active in promoting the efforts of Big Brothers/Big Sisters. The group hosts activities for the organization and encourages fellow employees to become big brothers or sisters to children in need.
INROADS
INROADS develops and places talented minority youth in business and industry and prepares them for corporate and community leadership. A charter member of INROADS since 1974, M&I has sponsored INROADS students through many of its affiliates; close to 30 percent of participants have accepted offers with M&I following graduation.
Junior Achievement
Professionals from M&I are proud to participate in Junior Achievement, the world's largest and fastest-growing organization dedicated to educating young people about business, economics, and free enterprise. JA's programs are taught by classroom volunteers from the business community in the United States and more than 100 countries worldwide. Through participation in Junior Achievement, M&I professionals help educate and inspire young people to value free enterprise, business, and economics to improve the quality of their lives.
The Leaders Forum
The Leaders Forum promotes leadership through relationships, retention, and resource sharing among African-American professionals in southeast Wisconsin. Its programs support hundreds of professionals to achieve balance, comfort, and success in the Greater Milwaukee area.
UNCF
As a supporter of UNCF, Marshall & Ilsley Corporation participates in and funds programs, including the UNCF Walk/Run, that benefit thousands of people annually.
YMCA
Marshall & Ilsley Corporation's active involvement in the YMCA includes support of a variety of YMCA programs, including Black Achievers and the Strong Kids Campaign.
Young Professionals of Milwaukee
M&I is a corporate founding member of this Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce service group. YPM's purpose is to create a young professionals network that has a positive impact on metro Milwaukee's ability to attract and retain talent. M&I has 91 individual members as well as representation on the Creative and Advisory Councils, in addition to sponsoring events throughout the year.
